About Katie

I’m a third generation Realtor. My Grandfather, Bob Schulz, started our company back in 1974. My father, Mike Schulz, is the current broker and owner. Evansville is my hometown although I did live in Newburgh for a part of my childhood. After graduating from Reitz Memorial High School, I attended Indiana University. Go Hoosiers! After college I worked for 10 years at the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency in Indianapolis. Once our family began to grow, my husband Wade and I decided it was time to get back home. We have three children Harper, Birch and Margot.
